Mural Project: Week 4

After many early mornings, late nights, and all day paint sessions, I am so excited to announce that I am finished the murals! This past week, I painted the board under the window animals and moved onto the pig. I was really looking forward to painting the pig the most and ironically, that is the animal that was the most challenging. I had a harder time establishing a color palette; however, though much persistence I was able to find the right colors and complete him. The last animal to be painted was the horse and I was so relieved when it was done! I went back and added some last minute details to both paintings and let the acrylic paints cure for a couple of days. Today I applied two coats of clear UV protective topcoat. I will allow it to cure and deliver the murals very soon. Be on the look out for more videos and possible reveal in the near future!
